How does it work?
It's fairly simple, you book your vintage photoshooting session with us and we arrive with all the equipment required.
But here's a bit more detail about it:

What we bring with us:
- Of course the 120 years old camera
- Mobile darkroom (tent)
- Full developing machine so we can really quickly hand you over the finished and dried photographs or
- First stage developing machine + developer trays and external dryer for a hint of DIY show element
(yes, the picture will reveal itself in your very hands!)
- Any other necessary photo equipment such as lights, flashes, stands, tripods, etc.
- Upon request: make-up artist / hair stylist

What we will need on-site:
- Standard 230V AC electricity (max. 16A)
- Water supply (at least a faucet to get a few litres of washing water)
- At the very least 10m2 space for the mobile darkroom, machines, camera and lighting
- 2 hours for setting up everything before the event and 2 hours for disassembling and packing after the event.
The photo shooting:
- Setting up the models usually takes 5-10 minutes
- Models will need to stay still only for about one minute between focusing and exposure
- Exposure is fast, less than a second
- Development of the photograph takes 6-8 minutes
- We can take a new photograph about every 5 minutes

Environmental and safety note:
-
We're using standard chemicals found in any ordinary photo lab
-
All chemicals are in a closed or controlled system posing no harm
-
For DIY development we provide gloves and tweezers
-
We protect our environment by collecting all used chemicals and handing them over to a licensed waste management professional
